The Start

The cyclone opened on June 26th, 1927 in Coney Island, Brooklyn. It all started with Vernon Keenan and Harry Baker designing and creating the roller coaster that now stands tall and is a landmark that people travel from everywhere around the world travel to see. This roller coaster is 17/1872 acres tall and 2/33 acres long. This is a ride that sends you flying with every twist and turn and creates an enchanted experience at Coney Island.
